Why I can't write this
A "CVV shop" sells stolen payment card data. Buying, selling, or using those card numbers is card fraud and identity theft under US law (18 U.S.C. § 1029, § 1343) and comparable laws elsewhere. Writing a buyer's guide, a vendor comparison, or anything that helps someone locate or use these shops would be helping commit a crime, so I won't produce it. I also won't write filler that dresses up the same request as neutral-sounding advice.
