Why I'm not writing this
"CVV shops" sell stolen credit card numbers. Buying, selling, or using them is card fraud in every U.S. state and under federal law, and a guide that points people toward those forums is helping commit a crime that lands on real account holders. I'm not going to write it, in any framing.
If the actual goal is understanding how this underground works so you can defend against it, that's a different piece and I'm glad to help with it. Options:
